100% ENERGY and BRAIN POWER

The standard recommended intake is 2 capsules daily. It is recommended to take two capsules per day. If you have a sensitive stomach and take the capsules in the morning, it is best to eat a snack before taking the capsules. The 2 capsules can be divided throughout the day (1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon). In cases of exceptional mental or physical stress, 2 capsules per product can be taken at the same time (but no more than 2 capsules per day).

Please take 100% ENERGY and/or BRAIN POWER regularly (for at least 1 month at a time) so that your body can adjust to it as best as possible.

MY GUT 15

MY DARM 15 is suitable for acute treatment as well as for regular preventative use to maintain a healthy intestinal flora. Take My Gut 15 once daily before breakfast and once in the evening before bedtime. Taking two capsules at once is also possible. Make sure to take it on an empty stomach. This improves absorption by the body.

Is MY DARM 15 also suitable for children?

Children can also take MEIN DARM 15 if they can swallow the capsule. However, one capsule per day is sufficient for children. Alternatively, you can open the capsule. Once opened, stir the contents into a glass of water and wait approximately five minutes for it to activate. Stir the contents again after this time before drinking.

Taking MEIN DARM 15 during antibiotic therapy: Antibiotics are problematic because they not only kill off harmful bacteria, but also the beneficial bacteria in the gut. However, once the healthy gut bacteria are destroyed, an imbalance (dysbacteria or dysbiosis) of the intestinal flora occurs, which can cause numerous problems. MY DARM 15 provides the gut with natural live bacteria cultures, as well as inulin (a prebiotic), magnesium, and biotin to support the intestinal flora. When taking antibiotics at the same time, leave a gap of approximately two hours.

The effect of caffeine is caused by the release of stress hormones, specifically cortisol and adrenaline. We have a constant exchange of neurotransmitters between nerve cells in the brain. This constant transmission of signals consumes massive amounts of energy, producing adenosine, which then triggers a negative feedback loop.

This means that the so-called "adenosine receptors" signal to the brain that it is severely overloaded. This creates a feedback loop on the neurotransmitters, which are then produced in reduced quantities, and our brain reacts with fatigue and exhaustion.

And what role does caffeine play here?

Because caffeine is very similar to adenosine, it blocks these adenosine receptors, preventing adenosine from exerting its feedback effect there.

This means that caffeine interrupts the signal exchange, preventing the brain from receiving the signal of overload. Regular caffeine consumption causes the body to counteract this by producing more adenosine. This means that the brain receives more signals that it is tired. This leads to the need to pump more and more caffeine into the body to block these receptors, allowing the corresponding effect to develop.

This creates a vicious circle that leads to you becoming much more tired without caffeine than you would have been if you had abstained altogether.

MEIN DARM 15 can also be stored in a cool place (ideally in the refrigerator).

We use vegan capsules in size "0" for our products. This capsule is not too large, allowing for the best possible swallowing sensation. If you prefer not to swallow the capsules and would rather open them, this is easily possible. Pour the contents of the opened capsule into a drink or mix the contents with cereal, for example.

Please note that when opening the capsule of the MEIN DARM 15 product, an activation period of 5 minutes should be observed before consuming the contents. The capsule contents can be poured into a glass of water and consumed after 5 minutes. We use thickened capsules for MEIN DARM 15, so the capsule only opens and activates in the intestine. This ensures that the live bacteria do not come into contact with stomach acid in their inactivated state, which would be suboptimal for the product's effectiveness.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women should specifically avoid taking the 100% ENERGY and BRAIN PERFORMANCE products. For ethical reasons, studies investigating the effects of consuming concentrated nutrients on the fetus and/or newborn child are generally not conducted on pregnant or breastfeeding women. Therefore, consumption should be avoided as a precautionary measure.

Children should also not take 100% ENERGY and BRAIN POWER products until their growth is fully completed. As with pregnant and breastfeeding women, the effects of taking concentrated nutrients on children have not been studied in studies.

There are no restrictions on how to consume MY DARM 15 as long as you stick to the recommended dosage. However, for children, the dosage can be reduced to one capsule per day if necessary.

Our 100 LIFE products are all lactose-free . MY DARM 15 contains the fiber inulin (a polysaccharide derived from fructose) and is therefore not ideal for people with fructose allergies . BRAIN PERFORMANCE contains minimal traces of gluten , which is found in our Avena Sativa (green oat) extract. Therefore, people with severe gluten intolerance should avoid BRAIN PERFORMANCE.
