EXTRACTS
Ginkgo Biloba
Ginkgo biloba is the oldest tree species in the world. Knowledge of the active components of ginkgo leaves originates from China, India, and Japan and has been used for centuries.
The extract in 100 LIFE BRAIN PERFORMANCE has been standardized to its value-determining components (24% ginkgo flavonoids and 6% terpene lactones). This product has been extracted to a ratio of 50:1 and is based on high-quality, nature-identical pure substances.
Ginseng extract (Panax)
The effectiveness of ginseng has been traditionally used in China for thousands of years. The ginseng root is a "jack of all trades" and, like Ginkgo biloba, a symbol of strength, health, and longevity. This also gave rise to ginseng's high value, which at times was worth more than gold.
Ginseng also forms a perfect synergy with Ginkgo Biloba.
The relevant ingredients of ginseng are the secondary plant substances ginsenosides.
Maca extract
Maca originated with the Incas in Peru and was once considered a natural aphrodisiac and a royal meal with astonishing energy potential. Maca thrives at altitudes of up to 4,500 meters. Thus, it is exposed to extreme climatic conditions. In the Andes, temperatures fluctuate enormously, there are very strong winds, and the intense sunlight places enormous strain on the plant life. To withstand these conditions, the maca plant must be particularly robust and resilient, accumulating particularly rich nutrients in its tuber.
Our high-dose and standardized 4:1 Maca extract supports physical and mental performance.
Avena Sativa extract
The famous Hildegard of Bingen (1098-1179) already reported that oats (Avena sativa) provided a serene spirit and a pure and clear mind. Stress and exhaustion have a negative impact on the general state of mind. For many people, these conditions extend into the digestive system and, from there, impair the entire immune system, well-being, and overall vitality.
Trace elements & minerals
chrome
Chromium is an essential trace element that is important for balanced blood sugar levels and the digestibility of macronutrients (e.g., carbohydrates), and contributes to stable blood sugar levels. The body absorbs less chromium with increasing age, making it necessary to compensate.

Vitamin B12
A vitamin B12 deficiency has far-reaching consequences. It causes fatigue, weakness, and depression. Furthermore, a deficiency can lead to irreversible damage to the nervous system. Vegans or people with gastrointestinal complaints are particularly at risk. Since vitamin B12 is primarily found in animal products, the question arises as to how a vegan diet can provide sufficient vitamin B12.
The recommended daily amount (RDA) is 2.5 μg. However, only a very small portion of this dose is actually absorbed by the body. Therefore, higher doses of B12 are recommended. Vitamin D3
Only 20 percent of vitamin D3, cholecalciferol, is absorbed through food. Vitamin D3 is the active form of vitamin D. Vitamin D is converted to D3 through a conversion process in the kidneys and liver. The body normally produces this hormone in sufficient quantities itself. All it needs is sufficient exposure of the skin to sunlight.
Vitamin D3 stores are only sufficient for a few days. If sunlight is absent for an extended period, deficiency symptoms occur.
The recommended daily amount (RDA) of D3 is 5 μg. This product therefore fully covers your daily vitamin D3 requirement.
Official health properties:
– Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function
– Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system

Vitamin E
Vitamin E is an important antioxidant for optimal vitality. This means that vitamin E sits on the cell membrane and protects the cell from free radicals and oxygen radicals. These are generated by metabolic processes or environmental influences and can trigger diseases such as cancer. The positive effects of vitamin E have been sufficiently documented by a number of studies.
Official health properties:
Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress
COENZYMES
Coenzyme Q10
Coenzyme Q10, known as an anti-aging agent, is essential for the body because it is needed by every cell in our body to ensure energy supply.
Coenzyme Q10 is also produced by the body itself – however, this capacity decreases with increasing age (from approximately 25), which is why adequate dietary intake is recommended. Every human cell needs Q10 to breathe and generate energy. Without this substance, no cell can function. Among all substances, Q10 stands out because it is directly involved in the energy-generating processes in the mitochondria and thus influences the entire cellular energy metabolism.
We use an attractive daily dose of 100 mg of our high-quality coenzyme Q10.
LACTIC ACID BACTERIA
The human intestine, especially the large intestine, is home to trillions of microbacteria that are essential for digesting food and removing toxins and harmful substances. These bacteria thus form the body's own defense system and serve as an external protective shield on the intestinal mucosa, preventing harmful substances from entering the bloodstream.
These “good bacteria” are often decimated by stress, poor eating habits and medications.
MY GUT 15 of 100 LIFE contains 15 important bacterial cultures that occur naturally in the human intestine.
We use natural, highly active and reproducible bacterial cultures from the bacterial families Lactobacillus, Bifidumbacterium and Streptococcus.
FIBER
The "good" bacteria in the gut multiply optimally when they are offered food specifically suited to them. This is achieved through fiber such as grains, fruits, vegetables, or legumes.
In MEIN DARM 15 we use 300 mg of the fiber inulin with the recommended daily intake of 2 capsules.
